Pick any file. Best suited to a few MB — the optical channel is inherently narrower than a cable, so bigger files just mean more loops.

These three values must be entered identically on the receiving device — think of it as agreeing on a baud rate. They're also burned into the corner of the transmitted image so the other side can read them off the camera preview.
